One of the best new cafés in Portland. Gorgeous pastries, great drinks, and stellar staff. The atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing and still comfortable, with plenty of seating. And one of the cleanest public restrooms I've been in in Portland for a long time.

I recently visited Yuri's Dessert in Portland, Maine, and had a wonderful experience! The almond croissant was full of flavor and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The cream donut had fresh, lightly sweetened cream with a hint of red bean – such a great combination! The macarons were perfectly soft and not too sweet, with the matcha and strawberry flavors standing out. I also tried both iced and hot lattes, as well as an Americano, and all of the coffee was excellent – rich and smooth. The store itself is clean, cozy, and inviting, and the staff are all super friendly. Definitely recommend!

Second time going today, and I will say, both times have been complete hits! Last time we got their macaroons, a strawberry croissant & some coffee, all amazing & full of flavor! Today we got the strawberry shaved ice, strawberry latte and red bean & cream donut, all were delicious. The shaved ice was beautiful and the consistency was so unique, very light and fluffy. I was surprised with how well balanced the sweetness was! The red bean donut was quite good as well, I wasn’t sure as it was my first red bean dessert but it was amazing! No “bean-y” taste, just yummy smooth sweetness. Last was the latte, admittedly we were quite full by the time we got to it but it was so creamy and the strawberry flavor was so well blended in that it kept having us coming back for it! Great atmosphere & overall just a great location. Highly recommend!!

I recently visited Yuri's desserts shop with my friends and it was a good experience. The shop has a cozy atmosphere with beautiful plants but can be quite busy sometimes and no enough spots to sit. I had macarons, tiramisu and a latte and everything was delicious. The macarons were light and flavorful. The tiramisu was creamy and rich and the latte was smooth and perfect with the desserts. The staff was friendly. I also tried mango cake and matcha latte. The cake is delicious but the matcha latte is not that good. It probably depends on the barrister.

I'm obsessed with everything Korean and this cafe did not disappoint. It's a very comfortable space with plenty of seating and comfortable chairs. The noise level was just perfect to have a coffee and a chat. We had the mango cream cake and the Oreo cake and they were both amazing. They are not overly sweet and they are super light and fresh. I had the strawberry milk and it was so fresh and delicious, it tasted just like fresh strawberries and the cream is home made. I took home a strawberry croissant and a chocolate croissant and they were both perfect. The only problem I have with this cafe is that is not in my city.

The strawberry croissant was very good. Japanese vibe - sweet but not too sweet- just delicious flavors

Beautiful bakery and dessert cafe. The space is open and airy with plenty of seating. They have a patio and a sun room off to the side with extra seating in addition to their main cafe area. The desserts were delicious, I could eat five of the donut twists, they were perfectly chewy and dusted with just enough sugar. I love desserts but often find American style cakes and pastries to lean on the “too sweet” side - the donut and cake here were just right. Matcha latte and cortado were very good as well. Will definitely revisit!
